About the Service

MetaPush is a server-side conversion tracking platform that relays conversion events from your CRM systems, backends, and integrations to Meta's Conversions API (CAPI) on your behalf.

  • Read-Only Nature: MetaPush only reads data that you or your integrations provide. The Service never modifies, writes to, or deletes data in any external system — including your CRM, Meta Ads account, ad campaigns, or any third-party platform. MetaPush acts strictly as a one-way data relay to Meta's Conversions API.
03

Account Registration

To use MetaPush, you must:

  • Create an account with a valid email address and secure password
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and secure

Note: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@metapush.lat.

  • The conversion events you send are accurate and reflect real user actions
  • You comply with Meta's terms of service, data use policies, and Conversions API guidelines

06

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide reasonable advance notice when possible)
  • Unforeseeable technical issues or infrastructure outages
  • Changes to third-party services (including Meta's Conversions API)
  • Force majeure events
07

Plans & Billing

MetaPush offers a Free plan with limited features and event volume. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • Event Limits: Each plan includes a monthly event allowance. If you exceed your plan's event limit, additional events may be queued, throttled, or rejected until the next billing cycle.

Note: All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you cancel a paid plan, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

08

The Service — including its design, code, documentation, branding, and user interface — is owned by Pulse Agency Ads LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.

Note: You retain ownership of all data you transmit through the Service. By using MetaPush, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
