Try before you pay

MetaPush offers a permanent Free plan with limited functionality. We recommend trying the Service with the Free plan before subscribing to a paid plan to make sure it meets your needs.

7-day refund period

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale) and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within the first 7 calendar days from the payment date, provided that:

  • It is your first payment on that plan (does not apply to renewals)
  • You have not exceeded 20% of your plan's event limit during that period
  • You send the request by email to support@metapush.lat with the subject 'Refund Request'

Important: Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

After 7 days

After the 7-day refund period, payments are non-refundable. However, you can:

  • Cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard or Polar portal
  • Keep full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Downgrade to the Free plan without losing your configuration data

Important: We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

Plan changes

If you change plans during a billing cycle:

  • Upgrade (higher plan): The prorated difference is charged immediately. The new plan activates instantly.
  • Downgrade (lower plan): The change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You keep the current plan until then.

Annual plans

For annual billing subscriptions:

  • The refund period is 14 calendar days from the payment date
  • The same usage conditions apply (no more than 20% of event limit consumed)
  • After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable
  • You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the contracted year

Exceptions

Pulse Agency Ads LLC may grant refunds outside the established periods in the following cases:

  • Verified billing error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount)
  • Extended service outage (more than 72 continuous hours) attributable to MetaPush
  • When required by applicable law in your jurisdiction

Important: Each exceptional request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with evidence of the issue.

Consulting services

Consulting and strategic audit services have specific refund conditions:

  • Full refund if requested before the first session or service delivery
  • No refund once onboarding, consulting session, or report delivery has started
  • Consulting services are educational and strategic — they do not guarantee specific financial results

How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@metapush.lat including:

  • Your registered MetaPush email address
  • The plan and payment date
  • The reason for the request

Important: We will get back to you within 48 business hours to confirm or request additional information.
