What MetaPush Does

MetaPush is a server-side conversion tracking platform for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Our Service allows businesses and agencies to send conversion events — such as Lead, Purchase, and ViewContent — from their CRM systems, backends, and tools to Meta's Conversions API (CAPI).

  • Read-Only Data Access: MetaPush only reads data provided by you or your integrations. We never modify, alter, delete, or write to any external system — including your CRM, Meta Ads account, or any third-party platform. We act strictly as a data relay, forwarding conversion events to Meta's Conversions API on your behalf, exactly as you configure them.
03

Information We Collect

3.1 Account Information: When you create a MetaPush account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). This information is used solely for authentication and account management. 3.2 Conversion Event Data: When you or your integrations send conversion events through MetaPush, the data may include:

  • Event type and name (e.g. Purchase, Lead)
  • Event value and currency
  • User identifiers such as email, phone number, name, or external IDs
  • Click identifiers (fbc, fbp) from Meta Pixel cookies
  • IP address and user agent string
  • Custom metadata attached to the event

Important: 3.3 PII Hashing: All personally identifiable information (PII) — including email addresses, phone numbers, and names — is automatically hashed using SHA-256 before being sent to Meta's Conversions API. This is a one-way hash; we cannot reverse or read the original values after hashing. Raw PII values are used only transiently during processing and are never stored in plain text in our event logs.

04

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information exclusively to:

  • Relay conversion events to Meta's Conversions API as configured by you
  • Display event logs and analytics in your MetaPush dashboard
  • Authenticate and secure your account
  • Monitor event quality (Event Match Quality scores) and delivery status
  • Provide lead-level tracking and CSV export features within your dashboard
  • Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates
05

Data We Never Access or Modify

MetaPush does not:

  • Access, read, or modify your Meta Ads Manager campaigns, ad sets, or ads
  • Write to, modify, or delete records in your CRM (Kommo, HighLevel, HubSpot, or any other)
  • Alter past or future data in any connected external system
  • Access your Meta Business Manager settings beyond what is needed for CAPI event delivery
  • Sell, rent, or trade your data or your end-users' data to any third party

Important: MetaPush is a one-way data relay. Data flows from your systems through MetaPush to Meta. We never push data back to your CRM, modify your ad account, or alter any external data source — past, present, or future.

06

Data Storage & Security

  • Event logs are stored in ClickHouse on secure, encrypted infrastructure
  • Account data is stored in PostgreSQL with encrypted connections
  • All API communication is secured via HTTPS/TLS
  • API keys use Bearer token authentication and can be revoked at any time from your dashboard
  • Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes (never in plain text)
  • Infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare Workers edge network for maximum performance and security
07

Data Retention

We retain event log data for the duration of your active subscription. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained longer for service improvement purposes.

Important: When you delete your account, all personally identifiable data associated with your account will be removed within 30 days.

08

Third-Party Services

MetaPush integrates with the following categories of third-party services:

  • CRM Platforms (Kommo, HighLevel, HubSpot, etc.): We receive webhook data from these platforms as configured by you; we never write back to them
  • Automation Tools (Zapier, Make, n8n): We accept inbound event data from these tools; we never modify their workflows
  • Payment Processors: For billing purposes only

Important: Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
